OFF YA F*CKIN CHOPS MATE (Hemp Beach)

There's stoned, and then there's paddling-out-anyway stoned. This one's for the mates who never let a good tide go to waste, no matter how far gone they are.

Part of the Hemp Beach series, TOAD's tribute to lazy sessions and questionable judgment calls.
