Shipping

SO LOCAL offers FREE shipping withing Australia and a flat rate of $19 to New Zealand. For all other international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel for Australia and AusPost Express International for New Zealand and worldwide.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 8 AM AEST are processed the same day when possible. Orders placed after 8 AM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times:

  • Most metropolitan areas in Australia: 5–7 business days

  • Western Australia and regional areas: 7–9 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–8 business days

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs or other unforeseen delays. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
